Turnaround Times & Shipping Times

Current turnaround times to dispatch are approximately: 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.

If we need to contact you regarding you order (for example - you have asked for further customisation, or have ordered a full custom design) this may delay your order from being completed.  We will wait to hear from you before sending any part of your order.

Unexpected delays with couriers or postal services does occur from time-to-time.  If your expected delivery window has passed, please allow an additional day or two prior to contact and check your shipping status (emailed to you at dispatch).

Pre-orders

The estimated restock date is mid/late November 2025, and pre-orders will ship within 5-7 days of arrival, allowing time for items to be checked, engraved, cleaned and packed for shipping.
