Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We use a courier service to send our products out to you.
For stock orders, these will be dispatched within 2-5 working days.
For custom made/personalised orders, these will be created and dispatched according to our current leadtimes which you can find online or in your confirmation email. Sometimes we can get these out quicker to you, if you are needing your item(s) quicker than this please Contact Us prior to placing your order, and we will see what we can do for you.
We endeavour to get orders made and out to you as soon as humanly possible.
You may in some instances, such as around public holidays, Christmas and New Years need to allow for a longer manufacturing and shipping period.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. We endeavour to package and label your items as carefully as possible. Should your items arrive damaged, or not arrive at all, we suggest you contact the courier company direct.
We currently only ship within New Zealand via our online store, however, we are more than happy to arrange for shipping if you are outside New Zealand, please Contact Us before placing your order to discuss. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
