What is an eGift card?
An eGift Card is used very much like a Gift Card. It is purchased online and is delivered via email to you or your recipient. The email will include instructions on how to download and spend the eGift Card.
Does the egift card have an expiry?
Your egift card has an expiry of 2 years from the date of purchase.
How can I purchase an egift card?
When purchasing an egift card online, payment can be made for online orders using our selected payment methods. Please note that we do not accept afterpay for our egift cards. Payment is required prior to the egift card being emailed. Egift cards are active when they reach the recipient.

Turnaround times
Turnaround times
Lead times vary and are approximate only. There's roughly 10-15 business days to dispatch, from your order being placed. During busy periods, ie. Christmas this may be longer. If you need your item quicker, please message me here first and please note there may be a service fee for a rushed order.
